Around 90 vendors have transferred to the new Lupon Public Market Vegetable Section this August.
Market Administrator Norbel S. Salazar said that vegetable vendors were already given their place at the new building.
The Municipal Economic Enterprise Department gives priority to vendors who have previous stalls and occupied the old building, and have good standing or those who have no records of delinquency.
Economic Enterprise Manager Robert R. Simbahon said all vegetable vendors have already transferred. They also still need to develop the Fish Section to be more convenient and become the cleanest public market in the province as one of the priority projects of Mayor Erlinda D. Lim.
