
During Prime HRM Orientation
The Local Government Unit of Lupon recently underwent an orientation seminar by the Civil Service Commission-Davao Oriental. Aiming for the conferment of the Program to Institutionalize Meritocracy and Excellence in Human Resource Management (PRIME-HRM) Maturity Level II.
Acting Provincial Director Marilyn B. Dujali and Senior Personnel Specialist Natividad O. Ongcay served as the facilitators during the conduct of the two-day activity for all LGU employees.
The facilitators reviewed and discusses the four core Human Resource Systems namely: Recruitment, Selection and Placement (RSP), Performance Management (PM), Learning and Development (L&D), and Rewards and Recognition (R&R).
PRIME-HRM Maturity Level II (Process Defined) shall be conferred to an organization that has successfully complied with the evidence requirements of all four core HR systems. Upon conferment, the organization will be granted as Bronze Awardee.
