The Local Government Unit of Lupon recently underwent an orientation seminar by the Civil Service Commission-Davao Oriental. Aiming towards maturity level II in preparation for the said assessment in which all employees must be equipped by the core essence of PRIME-HRM.
Acting Provincial Director Marilyn B. Dujali and Senior Personnel Specialist Natividad O. Ongcay served as the Resource Speakers during the conduct of the two-day activity for all LGU employees.
They reviewed and discusses the four core Human Resource Systems namely: Recruitment, Selection and Placement (RSP), Performance Management (PM), Learning and Development (L&D), and Rewards and Recognition (R&R).
After the 2-day productive activity, LGU-Lupon paved way for some bonding exercises which aims to develop the camaraderie among and between the employees.
PRIME-HRM Maturity Level II (Process Defined) shall be conferred to an organization that has successfully complied with the evidence requirements of all four core HR systems. Upon conferment, the organization will be granted as Bronze Awardee.
